This habit can cause you to miss a departure altogether. As you can see, these items are very specific and situationally-focused. In other words, you don’t rate how much you panic in general, but how much you experience specific thoughts while encountering specific situations.

While very young children may be preoccupied with the dark, monsters, or actual dangers, adolescents' phobic fears tend to involve school and social performance.
